If I could give Jenny more that 5 stars I would! She helped me sell my condominium, and in the process was dedicated, extremely responsive, knowledgeable of the condo community and surrounding area, and great at "hand holding" for this first time seller. Jenny held an open house every weekend the condo was on the market, which is way more than I expected. She also facilitated contractor appointments when I wasn't available as an example of how she goes above and beyond. I would utilize Jenny again if the circumstances arose and definitely recommend Jenny for any real estate needs.

She even reminded me every step during the transaction what to expect and pay attention in the HOA documents so that I can inform my buyer about the HOA. Jenny is a trustworthy and reliable person.
