Jenny has been an amazing real estate agent to work with. She helped us to purchase a home here in the bay area. Jenny treats her home buyers like she would treat her personal family and friends. She spends dedicated time listening to buyers concerns and then addresses them in the most helpful waypossible in a non judgemental way. For example, we were not in the country for most of the time after acceptance of the offer and had concerns about closing the deal on time. Jenny was not only extremely responsive, she supported us remotely at every step of the way making sure that we receive and sign all the necessary documents so that nothing gets stalled in the process. During the time of receiving keys, Jenny went out of her way to do an extremely detailed scan of the home after the seller has moved out to make sure that there was nothing amiss or unforeseen damage that was caused by seller during transaction. We felt that we could trust her to execute for us efficiently. We highly recommend Jenny as a real estate agent.

The most helpful person ever! Jenny wasn't even representing us in the real estate transaction. But still she did everything that you would expect from a real estate professional and beyond. We happened to meet her at an open house and got chatting. She kept in touch, notifying us of new homes onthe market and even off market properties. We liked a home that was off market. Jenny took it upon herself to help us get the home. She worked with the seller and came up with a deal that was agreeable to all parties. She was also able to work with the lender to get us a loan. We finally got a home thanks to Jenny and will always be indebted to her. Even now, if I need references for getting things done in the home or information about the neighborhood, Jenny is my go to person! I haven't met a better human being in the real estate world.
