I have a rental property in San Jose. It was always a headache for me in the process of finding tenant, until after I asked Jenny to take over to manage the property. I was really impressed by Jenny's ability and professionalism, excellent and prompt communication in the entire process. It was avery low season near the end of the year but thanks to Jenny's effort I was able to settle down the new rental very quickly. I'm very satisfied with her great service.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jenny recently as she was the selling agent for a house I was renting. If you've ever been an occupant in a home which is being sold, the way the agent handles the showings and inspections can be a pleasant or unpleasant experience. Jenny was extremelycourteous and considerate when planning all appointments and super fast with her responses. The home had offers after the first showing and Jenny made sure every detail was covered not just for the seller but also for the buyer. I would recommend Jenny to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Bay Area.

When I wasn't able to be home because of work, Jenny was able to show the house to prospective buyers and they did a beautiful job of staging the home. I kept the home darker since I was the only one living there, but with the help of Jenny and Maria, they were able to make the place bright andbeautiful. They were also able to clean up the house and did an excellent job of showing the best side of the house to be sold.
